June 11 & 12, 2009
On June 11 and 12, 2009, ChicagoFIRST facilitated the third annual, in-person meeting of RPCfirst . This year's meeting was hosted by the Federal Reserve Board in Washington, D.C., and our agenda included several speakers and roundtable discussions to assist the coalitions in developing their regional relationships and in acting as effective leaders for their respective members.
At the meeting, attendees heard presentations from several agencies about the state of the financial sector, partnership activities at the federal level, and various programs that assist regional private sector entities. These entities included:

- U.S. Department of the Treasury - Office of Critical Infrastructure Protection
- U.S. Department of Homeland Security

3. Partnerships and Outreach Division

5. Federal Emergency Management Agency – External Affairs Division
In addition to federal-level representatives from the Federal Reserve, the Departments of Homeland Security and the Treasury, FEMA, FDIC, FS-ISAC, American Bankers Association, and BITS, the following coalitions participated:

May 15 & 16, 2008
The second annual in-person RPCfirst meeting took place in San Francisco, hosted by BARCfirst (the Bay Area Recovery Coalition) and ChicagoFIRST. This year, representatives from almost a dozen several partnerships participated, as well as representatives from the Department of Homeland Security, Department of the Treasury, the Federal Reserve Board, and the Comptroller of the Currency.
The agenda included roundtable discussions about many of the common issues facing each of these developing partnerships, ranging from intelligence sharing and tools of communication to coalition emergency operations and credentialing. Also, the Treasury Department sponsored and facilitated a tabletop exercise to highlight areas for further coordination.

Members of RPCfirst held their first annual in-person meeting at the U.S. Treasury Department in Washington, DC.
